This is an experimental "multiscale 12 string baritone in all octave tuning".
The first and second pair strings are normally unisons but these are also octaves.  So, there is no discontinuous transition from 6th to 1st pair strings.   (It's not my invention.  Kevin Kastning uses this tuning with his Santa Cruz Extended 12 string Baritone. http://www.kevinkastning.com/DKK-12.htm)
The scale length is relatively short 22.7" ~ 25.5" and tuned to G-G(or A-A) and considered as a baritone guitar.
It sounds more like a harp and it's cleaner than standard 12 string guitar.
