This
will be a page where I can share pictures of current guitar
events, as well of progress pictures of the guitars that I'm currently
building. Some of the pictures have comments... and some do not.

![]() Experimental offset bracing OM-Y. The offset sound hole is a result of shifting brace pattern. |

![]() Cocobolo B&S, Adirondack top dreadnaught. This guitar belongs to Jim Wolcott who originally created this web site. Sorry Jim, I've messed it up. This is a very heavy guitar with great sound. |

![]() http://www.luthiersupply.com/ Frankly speaking, buying pre-curved shell inlays here and install onto your guitar is a very practical and less expensive way. They have really nice hand cut inlays. |

![]() Talus Baritone Talus baritone is featuring angled neck joint and Linda Manzer's "Wedge" shape body. The body depth is 4" under your arm and 5" on your knee. The scale length is same as standard baritone (28.6") but the total length is shorter and it fits in the standard jumbo case. |

![]() Jumbo-27 A 27" scale "Wedge" shape baritone specifically designed for use with alternate tunings, like DADGAD. It uses light gauge together with heavier(59) 6th string forpunchy mid and bass sound. |

We called this model as "kit
guitar" and I built four of them as in-expensive handbuild guitars for
students. How much did I earn? $200 per guitar.
That's the reality. |

![]() Fingerboard radiusing by using radius sanding block is tedious and time consuming. It take almost 30 minutes to me but now I can finish in 3 minutes. |
![]() I tried several method and I found this works well for me. But be careful. I crashed two bodies so far. |

![]() My primary interest is in flat top guitars but I occasionally build something different as a learning experience. I had a nice comment from Dorian Michael. |

For analyzing tonal characteristics of each brace, I came up with this
brace-less guitar. This guitar hold string full tension
even without braces. I can add, remove any brace without
restringing, and compare the differences before and after. To begin with, do you think this brace-less guitar sounds very good? Nope.
